We understand that unanticipated events occur in everyone’s life. Unforeseen events can occur such as traffic or car problems, business meetings, and sick children and you may need to cancel a massage appointment. Please read the Holland Health’s scheduling policies carefully. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to seeing you!  

Arrival to your Massage

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment. This allows you time to fill out any paperwork (if not done prior) and change to prepare for treatment.

Cancellation Policy

Please provide at least 12 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel a treatment. This gives other clients the opportunity to book and appointment. If a client fails to cancel within 12 hours multiple times (more than 2), they will be asked to prepay for future services. If you have purchased a package, a massage may be deducted from the series.

 

Late Arrival Policy

I regret that late arrivals may not be able to receive full scheduled treatment. In special cases, when schedule will allow, we may be able to accommodate partial or full appointments. This will be at the therapists discretion and only with proper advanced notification.

No Show Policy

Clients who fail to show for appointments will be asked to pre-pay for future services. If you have a massage package, a treatment will be deducted from your series.

Payment & Referrals

Payment – Cash & checks accepted. Gratuity is always appreciated.

Referrals are appreciated! 10% discount of friends or family’s first visit and 10% discount on your next visit.
