Treating Soft Tissue Injury

holland-health-injury-specific-massageThis massage treats soft tissue injury. When physical therapy, chiropractic or medical care hasn’t helped – try massage.  Here at Holland Health, we will address the muscles and find the source of the problem.

Injury can result from sports, activities, falls, accidents, or chronic postural conditions to name a few.  Treating the source and not just the symptom is our motto.  A variety of massage techniques will be used but not limited to, deep tissue, myofascial treatment, trigger point therapy with the addition of moist heat, cryotherapy, and massage aides such as Prossage and Biofreeze.

holland-health-injury-specific-massage-01Length of Treatment Time

The treatment may take more than one session. We need more than 60 minutes to treat a condition you may have had for an extended period of time. There will be results, but to get adequate recovery, it will take commitment to schedule sessions in the time requirement to get the results you want. Your therapist will suggest a course of action and the session schedule needed to “fix the injury”.

This treatment will be limited to sixty minutes each session with feedback from the client to the therapist during the session.
